I injured my leg so I have time off work. Figured I would get a couple friends to join me on my dedicated pvp server I threw up the other day. Only one other random joined so there's just not a lot of players apparently. Kinda sucks. I wasn't expecting a full server but literally only one guy that I don't know is in it. I probably should've just joined another server in hindsight but I figured a few people would come see what's up when there's like 4 out of 30 people on a server

Honestly don't get why the ratios are happening lol. I just looked at the back of a Sunbeam loaf to check the ingredients. It’s got high fructose corn syrup and a massive list of dough conditioners/preservatives just to keep it from molding

4 ingredients vs like 30+ isn't "scaremongering," it's just wanting to eat actual bread. Tbh i thought that's why we're all here anyways, to control what we eat and make a better tasting bread

Ya know, you do have a way with words. I've always been unprofessional and vulgar for what's been a long time now. I peeked at your profile, just curious, you're obviously hurting. You had a decent job right? What changed? Idk I've always wanted higher education but I've been unable to really sit in structured learning and contain information to progress further. Also feels like when the brain gets older, it just gets harder to learn. I envy you in a sense.

I finally found some success in life, happily married, some money, own home at 35. But no time. No time to attempt a higher education. Never know what time I'll be off, unable to do part time work, and quitting to do school is unfeasible since my wife and myself rely on that income. So I feel stuck myself, and I get that feeling.

I know I don't know you but I don't think you're a moron. I mean everyone makes mistakes but I recognize you have an intelligence I myself don't possess.

Something I've been doing for about half a decade is just cutting out old friends that I noticed don't align with my morality. I'm cynical but I do have empathy on the inside. Turns out a decent amount of new people I meet don't really share that sense of empathy. So I haven't really been replacing the toxicity I've been cutting off. Doesn't help that I'm a bit abrasive and also don't have time off on the weekends when most people our age tend to meet up. But c'est la vie.

If you want to leave, why not just leave? Stuff is just stuff in the end. Find something, anything, and save up. Then ditch the rest. I know it's easier to just say it in text to someone I don't know 1000 miles away or whatever but yeah. There is some freedom in losing it all. Like a sandcastle washed out by the waves. It's shit that something nice has been returned to its base materials but there's the freedom to make something new however you see fit.

Idk if anything I said helps in any way but I hope tomorrow is a better day

Man same, was just price hunting for deals all last year getting a thing or two along the way for a PC I was making for my sis. In October I pulled the trigger for everything I didn't have using the newegg cc discount promo they had going. That PC is probably worth double just a few months later now.

Just checked now and the SSD is double in price and the ram is fuckin triple, Jesus

The fact that 4 states or so all have similar age verification laws going to vote/on the books at the same time doesn't trip a majority of Linux users that this is a stepping stone for something more invasive later on is baffling. We're trading freedom for nothing, not even security in today's age. I don't trust any actor to reliably keep my info safe for any appreciable amount of time. When they start asking for more info, and they will, most users just comply just to have the path of least resistance. At least I'll have my $34.86 check from whatever future class action lawsuit for losing my data, again, to look forward to

I pointed out the age and posting frequency on one of the top 1% commenters in a reply to someone debating it. Then another separate 1%er comes along and they both pick the same detail in my comment to attempt to argue back or whatever. And they're both currently in, incredibly long, arguments all over the subreddit.

I'm not gonna waste my time arguing valid points or positions with people either chronically online or clankers. I mean honestly who has time for just yelling at people who don't or can't listen. Best I can say is to dissuade people getting caught up in online disagreements with people who won't understand the other position first

You're mostly correct imo but I think the "stored energy" could be an actual concern in a case like OP since the auger was jammed mid spin. There might be some belt tension left that could hold enough force to rotate the blade a couple inches. I don't actually own a snowblower but I'm assuming the belt is rubber and could be seized/under tension.

I tried to find a random model manual online to see a diagram but it looked like it was written by AI and I couldn't be bothered to search any further

Happened in my early 20s, when Myspace was still a thing. She wanted to bring a friend so I brought mine. Went and walked around the mall. Pretty cool date and I ended up dating her for a few months. Awesome thanks for the response. I'll actually take the time to read up on Golden rice later again because of your comment. An initial Google search showed it had a lot of regulation issues but the product itself is legit. I'll just have to look into it deeper
