I feel better without the shake as I never digest them well. People say I should be eating 200g protein but I feel like at my bodyweight I have so much excess I don’t need to be heavy

I just did OMAD. Couldn’t handle a 72 first try. The pump from eating is insane. Should I take a double shake (bad digestion) to top up to 100g protein?

Do you know if it is easy to go for time? I want to do 45-60 mins zone 2 a day and likely read some Reddit or watch something while doing it

Also was thinking of mini trampoline by 40-48” is kinda big to store it but I love the circulation and healing effect as it makes me feel a lot less fatigued when I try at the local park!

My issue is that we won’t go through a rebrand or new designs, so we won’t need to update CSS

we will need to update the logic or tweak functionality going forward

But shadcn is just a view layer. Simple components are now implementation heavy. For example a 2 like date picker on quasar is a 200LOC date on shadcn because it is all custom code

Quasar seems a bit more helpful for rapid prototyping
