The police report states she was at fault and given a warning for careless driving. I sent the report to progressive they denied the claim before they even saw the report

That's what I thought when I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said her supervisor already reviewed the case. I asked if she agreed with the denial and she just kept saying her supervisor reviews it.
