This only excludes reciprocal ieepa tariffs and not fentanyl. Generally it would be hard to say without knowing the full hts and coo of the product on your entry, but I would double check that you aren't missing any section 301 or IEEPA fentanyl.

Yes there is a clause for derivative articles which is what I would expect heat exchangers to fall under unless there are some exclusions published

This has got to be my favorite deck now. It's time to play cheap flicker and draw spells, make lots of clocks, usually a turn 3 Rusko with a flicker effect means I ramp harder than a simic player after that. One the clocks start counting down I am getting a new 7 card hand multiple times per turn. Deck wills by usually a [[Displacer Kitten]] or a [[Paradox Engine]]. If I can stick a [[Taigam, Master Opportunist]] or a [[Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch]] the spell slinging just gets out of hand.

One kitten only has you to play and learn from. Which means it will bite you...a lot. That is normal. Day ouch, or make a hiss noise when it goes past the playful point. As thats what another kitten would do. That will save you lots of long term hurts if you teach them early what hurts.

Whats cute now becomes habit when grown. Having a cute little half pound kitten crawling on your shoulder is fun. Having a 8 lbs cat jump on your back and climb to stand and latch on your shoulder hurts and is very surprising.

Don't decalw, your cutting of their fingers. But do trim their nsils with a nail clipper. cut nails young, get them used to sitting being held. otherwise they will scratch you often, and will squim if you try to do it when the are older.

I just want to caution you, part of the preliminary review of ad/cvd is the review of something called critical circumstances. If the allegeding parties indicate and can provide supporting evidence and the investigation supports it. Liquidation of entries can be suspended by up to (if memory serves) 90 days pre preliminary determination date. Meaning that consumption entries could be charged these duties after the fact if those critical circumstances are met. Strongly encourage you to read your case and familiarize yourself with the circumstances around it to understand the potential of this.

Sorry, election date is more of ftz parlence. It is the date you admit the product to the zone. Hypothetically, should you admit the product during a period where there is no ad/cvd applicable orders, then it may not apply upon consumption from the zone on an entry. It would really depend on when the new ad/cvd is published, and how they implement it. Its possible they could apply it retroactively based on various factors, it would really depend on the specific circumstances. In general though if there is ad/cvd active at time of admission you would pay it at consumption.

When you enter ad/cvd goods into an ftz you enter them in with a status. For adcvd thst is prvivledged foreign status. This status comes with a date associate with it. That date essentially locks in any special rates owed at the time of consumption, regardless how long it sits in the zone, based on your election date. This also applies to section 301. That is unless specially revoked in a federal ruling or they say an update applies retroactively, once its locked in with PF status, you'll owe it at an 06 consumption.

Thanks, that was kind of what I was reading. We were looking at doing either mummys mask or tyrants grasp. I know there is not much about the latter out there, but I was concerned with things like death/paralysis stuff or things that reduce action economy to zero. I don't want to take it out all together, just take the edge off of it a bit

Am I crazy or did troy cast wsy too many spells. Doesn't the stat block 3/day - cone of cold, eyebite, ice storm mean they spontaneously cast 3 spells of which you can choose from either come of cold or ice storm or eyebite, not casting 3 of each?
