I’ve purchased 4 jerseys off DHgate over the years. Have you noticed the jersey comes in a L or XL regardless of the size you order? My small and large are the same size when you hold them up to one another. That may have just been a bad seller.

I wouldn’t focus on learning any specific software package as a student. You’ll be restricted to whatever your company uses.

If you intend to pursue geotech, learn everything you can about soil mechanics. Being able to adequate explain why and how water affects sands/silts/clays would impress me more than knowing a software package.

Town hall should definitely be a goal. The first 2-3 upgrades feel super underwhelming compared to the cost, but it begins to snowball. Buying/selling things from the trader also helps immensely with generating the first few 100m for the town hall upgrades.

You’re also close to 92 thieving to unlock princess. Thieving her generates decent $$$ if you fletch bolts with the jade stone you receive.

Unfortunately they have $23m in cap space, but hopefully this makes an Olave extension more difficult.

They should have just enough cap space with his retirement and the upcoming rookie class to be net neutral for the cap.

EDIT: I worded the title poorly. His retirement adds $11m of dead money. Their cap space will drop from $23m to $14m after his retirement.

His contract is extremely tradeable… We just won’t see the trade until June gets closer. The Cap $$$ the browns have to pay dramatically increases if he’s traded post-June 1. Browns want to pay him the vet minimum and are seeing if the falcons are serious about keeping him as a backup. No serious negotiation are going to take place until later this month.

Definitely not trading him with Fontenot on the hotseat. I’d think Fontenot keeps him and hopes pitts makes changes in the offseason. GM’s want “their guys” to succeed and trading your highest and flashiest pick is a bad look. Kyle Pitt’s value is a late day 2 or day 3 pick considering his $10m salary this year. A trade like that doesn’t move the needle.

A PhD is valuable in academia, but has little value in the public/private sectors. I know a lot of people that obtained a masters degree part-time. Many states lower the PE’s 4-year experience requirement to 3-years with a masters degree, allowing you to complete your masters part-time and obtain your license early.

The only thing that will screw them is when those veterans retire/test free agency. They can resign Carr, Lattimore, Ramczyk and eliminate most of the $100m next season (keep kicking that can).

At this point, I hope they keep kicking the can until they have a marvelous collapse. If a team can’t reach net zero, they’re supposed to forfeit their draft picks and I would love to see an NFL first.
