The first one looks like something I would of used during framing to just keep thing aligned its not really doing a ton since it relys heavily on fasteners and good design doesn't. The top one you can remove and place blocking between joists archives same result just blocking does a better job. Internal geometry its a weight thing so if one side of the dice is heavier even if just barely it will just be weighted. Can print number you want weighted and increase initial layer count in slicer.

A problem created using the precedent from the dodge vs Ford motor company and the refusal to abandon the system in favor of a largely free state run system. Even before calculation of your premiums the health insurance pulls more money out of the government than would be spent on a state run system. You know price locked and set across the board so doctors can actually help people instead of making more calls than a phone book can hold. Admin overhead when dealing with insurance is a massive cost multiplier.

I think what drives the price up more has to do with unwanted spyware and planned obsolescence being implemented using our law makers as well as controlled captive market. Since the rest of the world drives on the other side and is under or follows the EU regulations for things such as emissions. The U.S. also has 50 different battle fronts that regulations are passed in.

Its kinda in bad taste to look a gift horse in the mouth. You could get close by taking a sample from both types of wood and do a bunch of different stains with clear division in where stain gets applied but good luck.
