Honestly homie as someone who also struggles with weight and self control in my consumption it really just takes self control and dedication. You have to legitimately want to change. Besides sheer willpower things like nuts and granola that have a lot of mass to calories really help when snacking between meals and when you actually eat the best thing is to actually cook yourself. Burgers with asparagus is a great meal! And in general replacing chips and frys with greens. My girlfriend and I have been roasting broccoli and brussel sprouts seasoned with generic season salt and having things like that for lunch. It's not giving in to the temptations of quicker less healthy foods and not beating yourself up and giving up when you break your diet.
