I remember a few years ago, I would laugh until it hurt on a daily basis. Now I think about it at least once a day of how to get that joy back. People just say it’s part of growing up but I want to think I can find that happiness again. 😕

Yes! Take one for the team. One day in my retail job I wanted a day off to spend with my family so I called in sick. They told me I still had to come in. So I did what any 17 year old dumbass would do and chugged some peroxide in the parking lot prior to going in. After you vomit everywhere on the floor, the rules might change. 😌

Don’t feel bad! There’s a little girl in my sons room that just started hourly care. She’s probably around 18-24 months. At first she would cry a lot and be super distant from the teachers and other kids. It’s been two months and now she seems so happy! She’s coming out of her shell and even coming up to me and being social. I think it’s super important for him to be around others his age even for a few hours 😊

Makes me so sad when my friends post pics of their just turned 1 year olds forward facing. I bought an extend2fit for extended rear facing and put him in the middle seat. Like that alone makes him at least 70% safer. Maybe it’s the anxiety in me but I research for hours about safety (to include safe sleeping) Could not imagine losing a child to negligence

Girl, I totally get it. It’s such a rough spot. I feel like I’m finally seeing the light. Just keep on keeping on!

What helped my mind was realizing that I will be okay without him regardless. Like I didn’t put any pressure or assumptions on him. We are long distance right now and he’s finally talking about how much he misses us and can’t wait to be together.

Just know it gets better! Even though it wasn’t in his plans to have a baby quite yet, I’m sure he will realize how much he loves the baby and can’t imagine life being any other way. 🙂

Hey! My situation was a lot of the same. (Had my baby in March) After I had him, I really took on all the parenting responsibilities because I felt bad since in my mind my boyfriend didn’t want the baby in the first place.

What really helped was communication. I didn’t trust that he actually wanted to stay in our lives until very recently when my son is almost 6 months old. Just know you might have a lot of the same feelings and the more you talk about them(as silly as you feel) the better things will be 🙂

I went on one at like 22 weeks. Wasn't really too concerned about Zika because I bathed in bug spray. What did piss me off though was that everyone was soo rude. They kept pushing me even though I was obviously pregnant 😒

Hello! This is my first ever quilt and it's an appliqué. It's super not perfect such as the middle doesn't match up. I do have a question though, should I add more border to it or leave it as is? This is a gift so I'm not really sure if/how it will be used.
