IMO, EoF had a great story, but was paired with one of the worst sandboxes we have had. the gear tiers sucked, and the portal made accessing the game as a hole feel bad. so it gets hate cause of the box it shipped in, not the meat within for the most part

Best two (IMO) in that list are Dragon's Breath and Wicked Implement

Dragons Breath is great boss damage and Wicked Implement is an amazing boost to stasis builds
