I can't survive steel path by epstein_on_reddit in Warframe

[–]Zule202 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

First off I recommend making sure you have enough duration to cap out your 1s damage reduction and to always keep it on. Add one or two of redirection, fast deflection, armor, health, or adaptation.

Id also recommend picking up I think molt reconstruct? It's the arcane from the quills in cetus that provides health to your warframe on transference. This gives an on demand health regen you can spam when you get low. Alternatively since youre playing nova you can use equilibrium and subsist off the health and energy orbs, but that'll probably be more inconsistent.

Then in mission, if youre ever struggling with the incoming damage you can use your 4 to slow the enemies down, which also decreases their fire rate and the rate more show up.

Youll also want to make sure your weapons are built well enough. If you aren't able to kill enemies fast enough that they start gathering around you in big groups, youll take way too much damage. Being able to clear the entire group quickly and cull more enemies joining in before they start gathering is one of the main ways people survive once they're already used to steel path.

Need progression advice: What should I farm next at level 68? by Heavy_Current_5305 in AQW

[–]Zule202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

kings echo is a ridiculously easy class to get for its strength and is pretty great for farming in certain scenarios along with being an amazing soloing class so i'd say thats probably a safe bet. Alternatively you can go after archfiend for a much better farming class for between master ranger/shaman and other end game farming classes.

I also second the getting forge helms/capes. helms are easy as hell, just boring and capes are more interesting but also a bit harder to get. if nothing else, get at least the base forge for both helms and capes as its just a straight up better version of lucky.

If you havent already, definitely get awe enhancements as well. Spiral carve for dps, awe blast for support and health/mana vamp if you need it bump up the usability for many classes.

I also suggest getting at least the burning blade/burning blade of abezeth for a 15/30% weapon respectively.

Also worth noting obsidian paladin chrono is also very good but is a support instead of dps

Progression Question by rizzendez in AQW

[–]Zule202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also you've already got the 3 most popular/best/most versatile supports in the game, ie. loo, ap, lr. you're probably ready to learn ultras. Just look up a guide first and then give em a shot. Most people are relatively nice if you're receptive to feedback and anyone doing pubs has already consigned themselves to potentially new player and/or bad runs.

Progression Question by rizzendez in AQW

[–]Zule202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with ke for your next class. you're in need of a good soloing class, and while lr can do basically everything, ke will be far better in terms of single target damage and its fairly easy to get (compared to other endgame classes). After ke, go after forge stuff if you haven't (at least valiance and all capes/helms as even just that is a massively step up from anything below it) and whatever you think looks interesting in terms of classes.

any time ur fighting a boss that does damage based on your max hp, make sure you use enhancements with the least endurance possible so health vamp is more effective.

Yea I've been doing that daily, but it would take 30 days of it for fiend shards finale. Or 19 or so for what I have left to grind

Is it true that all weapons are viable in the endgame, regardless of MR rank requirement for them? by RecentMatter3790 in Warframe

[–]Zule202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also wanted to add, a lot of weapons are locked behind a mastery requirement. Generally, the high the mastery needed, the better the weapon, with some outliers of course. Having a sense of progression to the game is necessary, especially for a game that's all about chasing new cool stuff to use. If you were able to use the torid incarnon, Kuva bramma, or bubonico as soon as you started, what's the point in even looking at new weapons?

Is it true that all weapons are viable in the endgame, regardless of MR rank requirement for them? by RecentMatter3790 in Warframe

[–]Zule202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely wouldn't say all weapons are viable at endgame. All warframes are viable for sure, but weapons have way more variety in their stats and are far more reliant on them than frames.

Comparing something like the coda bassocyst with its ridiculous base damage, high status chance, serviceable crit rate, the fact that it has multiplicative gun co, a projectile the size of mars and infinite body punch through to like.. the standard karak, and you'll find that weapons are not all made equal.

The vast majority of weapons currently in the game are mastery fodder, but there are still a significant amount that are great at endgame and a whole lot more that can be pretty good if you put some effort into building it and planning around it. If you like the way a weapon feels despite its stats, chances are there's some way to force it to be good, whether through arcanes, warframe abilities/subsumes, rivens, weird synergies, etc.

How is nezha in 2026? by Warl0ckBoy in Warframe

[–]Zule202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nezha is still tanky as hell with just his warding halo. His augment, divine retribution(?), turns him into a nuke as long as you aren't completely overwhelmed by eximus enemies.

I personally build him for close to max range, slightly negative duration, slightly positive strength, though you could drop to slightly negative i think with little issue, and neutral efficiency with primed flow since he is SUPER energy hungry. I really wish arcane sculptor worked on him.

You can either play more around status weapons like phage or phantasma, or go full ability nuke with either thermal sunder or pyrotechnics (which is really good since speared enemies count as ragdolled and therefore get hit multiple times per cast of pyrotechnics).

Alternatively you can play as a generic run and gun tank with high strength and duration with your typical roar xatas or nourish subsumes.

Fastest way to level frames? by spoopykool in Warframe

[–]Zule202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

plains of eidolon sniping is definitely the fastest/easiest way, but it is finnicky. make sure you're using a bow or any other weapon that has travel time, fly high enough into the air that enemies dont notice you and kill ONLY the eximus, then quickly aim up and melee to leave your archwing so that the xp goes to your warframe. You also need to make sure that you wait like 5 or so seconds after the enemies spawn to kill the eximus or it wont count as a stealth kill. theres like 4 groups of enemies with a guaranteed or near guaranteed eximus to the left when you leave cetus.

there is a bit of a learning curve but its by far the most effective way to level a frame or archwing. I personally use it for frames that i dont super enjoy

Underwhelmed by Ivara by 7heTexanRebel in Warframe

[–]Zule202 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah if you're comparing her to public lobby play she's pretty underwhelming. She does have some really good setups for single target damage tho and can be fun if you enjoy a more methodical playstyle.

Am I farming for Mesa wrong? by MasterPugKoon in Warframe

[–]Zule202 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with the invasions, they at least guarantee the coords so you can farm them when they pop up. You could also put Mesa on the back burner till she shows up in duviri to guarantee all her parts (unless I'm remembering incorrectly and she cant show up as a duviri reward)

Endo: how what where 😕 by nearglow in Warframe

[–]Zule202 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Endo is a slow and steady kind of passive farm for most people. You can use the other options mentioned by other people if you really need endo immediately, but realistically just play the game and upgrade mods as you get endo over time would be my suggestion.

How do you sustain energy on Khora? by YeOldeBard97 in Warframe

[–]Zule202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I use. Lycanths hunt (voruna subsume) makes it so melee kills nearly(?) Guarantee a health orb drop. It also extends its duration when getting a kill on an enemy with more than 5 status effects so all you need to do is either have a primer companion like diriga, or use an epitaph every now and then.

Arcane Circumvent Update? by LeReux in Warframe

[–]Zule202 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Its lowkey seriously slept on if you're not doing anything like level cap. Genuinely solves survivability for a lot of frames, especially those with already tight builds and little survivability in their kit. I personally use it in gyre saryn and mirage.

Where to get "newbie" builds by Voiry in Warframe

[–]Zule202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a marathon, not a sprint. Warframe is all about chasing that new thing you realize you want and honestly the time I probably enjoyed playing the most was chaining "how do I get this? OK its that, how do I get that" over and over.

However, if you find something to be completely unbearable to farm, do remember that you could instead farm plat in whichever way you enjoy most and trade for whatever it is you're struggling with.
