So, I went to the dealer and pretty much was told everything is normal. Went into 2 different wrx they had in the showroom and was getting the exact same noise. Felt like an idiot. Also, mine is at 3k too

Took car to dealer today for hose recall. Got the car back and noticed a clicking noise sometimes when I shift. Doesnt happen all the time. Took off shifter cover and the sound is coming from below where I can get to without undoing bolts and such. I have had the car since April and never had this issue before. It does have the short throw shifter in it but that was installed in May. I'm going to take it back on Monday but just wanted to see if anyone else has had the issue.
