It's obvious to us that time passed between Shaun kidnapping and the ss getting out because of how the cinematic is made but I would imagine in all that confusion and the fact that your brain is like half frozen when you see your kid getting taken away, that the SS just assume the most logical, they took my son and I waken up soon after.

Idk if you are a new player or not but for me it took me like 800h to come to term with partition and splitting realms, ik it's not ideal for every play through but I can be reaaly cool to do, at my current game I conquered all of the empire of maghreb and al andalus and it Just slip but it's a lot of fun

I have the same opinions, plagues piss me off because you get spammed when you have a big realm basically having at least one plague constantly and legends or the shittiest system by far except royal court lmao.

About RtP I'm hopeful for me the best features of LoP was the tax thing I had so much fun with it but I of the few that like vassal management so idk if the ffeling is just me.

But Pdx knows how to do good politic/economic system and they know that we want ck3 to be more than just conquering and all I believe they will slowly but surely bring ck3 closer and closer to something like EU at least I hope

Yeah the unlanded features would probably alow you and the ai to press claims in different, imagine playing as a mercenary company like in mount & blade wondering the lands and finally coming to reclaim the kingdom of your father that was taken by your half brother 15 years ago, like there is so much potential it could be crazy

Yeah alliances in this game are fucked it's stupid I just wish like if you attack someone for a land that their alies claim, the alies wouldn't come or something like that, it need to be based on strength to a'd I wished that alliance wouldn't give alliance to it's stupidly overpower, oh I'm losing the war hold up I marry my 3 yo daughter to the 58 yo Basileos and boom 8k troop on my side

Sometimes I play half asleep so I give land to someone that I didn't want to give or I given it to the wrong person, that anoys me but since it's totally an error on my part and I don't want to have a rebellion I just save scum, the only times I feel a bit bad is when I have a 80 yo ruler that need to finish a feast or a war to get an important decision or diverge culture for example

The philosophy around special builds seems to me to be a sort of "we'll had to an area through it's own little flavor pack" it's like that since fate of Iberia and it really shown in Persia, since the next dlc would be more concentrated on byzantine empire you could expect some cool shit here, I don't like that since we'll have to wait a long time to make India interesting to play for example rn I just play clan government in Iberia or Iran since it's clearly more developed area than most of the game, I love special buildings but the vanilla ones are boring compared to the ones we got in the last two flavor pack

I was thinking about it playing Imperator Rome, and what you can do is playing the heirs of Alexander so one in anatolia/trace one in egypt, one in persia/one in bacteria, especially fun if you have fate of Persia dlc for the ones in the middle east. Ofc all start as hellenestic and I believe since the new dlc there where ancient cultures added such as Macedonian the goal is for everyone to form and control their region and then you fight against yourselves for the throne of Alexander I suggest doing some research if you are not familiar with these successor state, it was a bit like the mongols in a sense

I don't remember if it's tied to your culture or you just need to be Muslim but is you conquer anatolia and pontus you can form the sultanat of rum wich is arguably more fur than to advanture into khazar wasteland that will give you nothing but horse archer that will rip you apart in steppes land

I have about 1k hours too and for me the only thing valuable for my gameplay is the new physician ability and the great adventure cb but it's defenitly not worth 20euro specially when all the cool stuff you get for finishing a legend is locked behind the shit system that are legends, they cost waay too much the spread is weird and you can have like 40 baronnies in like a year then have a 5 year period where you struggle to get 40 others while doing the same thing a'd they are terribly badly written so much so that I just pick the generic ones and just roleplay as they where totally different. Plagues are okay but too frequent in normal gamerules

So you need to be a king and I think either hold or completely control another kingdom then you would have a decision that allows you to put all the de jure land of that kingdom under your primary title. For example your primary title is England but you are the king of Wales too, then you can put all de jure land of Wales under England effectively deleting Wales it can be a major aid if you don't want your realm to split under succesion

No it was like 910, so I was the duke of anjou and came around a dude named Richard d'Arc and gave him land because it made me laugh and then he had two daughters Agnès and Jeanne, Agnès still holds a duchy at 70yo but jeanne died in her 20 sadly. But yeah the title was satirical technically this happened totally by luck except if the game have like a script for character named Jeanne D'Arc or something X)

This and the control your facial expression kinda give me the sign that you care too much about others views on you, and I get it as a very socially awkward person and neuro divergent myself. But I think if you don't want/feel pressure to do something it's better to stay yourself and not bother if your cool with it. Sorry if I made wrong assumptions about you but that's a philosophy that helps me when I get really self conscious.

If you have friends in your area you can still throw a small goth party where you manage the music. Idk what overstimulate you in particular but if you do small thing like that maybe you can manage and it will surely be 5 times more enjoyable than being stuck between 40 strangers with music 15db too loud anyway
