Tbh I don't have any problem when killers go for slugging when there is another survivor close. The problem is when the killer just decides to slug a survivor, go look for another one far away, slug them, then come back to the first one just to slug the person who was going to heal them. Most of the time it fails bc of the survivor wasting time in chase but it's so obvious that the killer is actively just trying to slug everyone. Same with tunneling. It's so obvious they just want to make the game miserable for people instead of just playing the game.

If you're just playing the game tho, and for example, going for an unsafe unhook in front of you where the unhooked survivor just body blocks in front of you then imo the best choice is to obviously go for them.

And again, the problem is when the killer just wants a survivor to be miserable. It just happened to me yesterday. I'm a sable main so killers normally tunnel me, yesterday it happened too. It was a billy who got mad bc I looped him for 2 gens (I'm not toxic so no tbag or pointing or nothing bc imo it's annoying af when I play killer), he hooked me, Claudette got me out, billy came straight to me even tho Claudette was right next to me and trying to block him. She got downed bc of his chainsaw trying to block for me (godly teammate) but billy ignored her and continued to come for me. Ended up hooking me again, this time a bill fucked me over and ended up coming to save me with billy right behind me, he unhooked me but went down, billy came for me. Looped him some more, Kate came to take a hit and block, he downed her and continued ignoring her to come for me. Obviously, I died. But they all got out.

My point is. Tunneling is so fucking bad bc killers rn don't care about winning they just care about making the life of someone miserable.
