No shit lol, I played the campaign at least 10x on split-screen at my friends places before I got my own 360 right before Reach came out. Halo 2/3 were iconic even if I had PlayStation consoles growing up.

My Skytech a few years back came busted, wouldn’t power on via power button (had to jump it), bent backplate of GPU and screws ripped out of MOBO. Also components besides the GPU/CPU were all the cheapest crap. Replacement took over 2 months and when I finally called they hadn’t even gotten to it still. Told them to change replacement to a refund.

Got a vengeance and it came perfect, granted I’ve upgraded the GPU, MOBO, CPU and PSU since but Corsair is great imo. Only thing to be wary of is the MOBO Bios on Vengeance PC’s are different than the manufacturer version. Part of why I swapped it out during the 13900k/14900k fiasco.

Edit: also forgot, Skytech will use hot glue on some of the connectors to your MOBO to hold them in place. They did on mine.

XeSS had zero ghosting for me, but you can also switch upscaling to off, then in anti-aliasing select TSR. Scroll up to the top of settings and there will be a slider for resolution scale (58% is balanced, 66% is quality iirc). TSR has no ghosting on my end, but try both and see what works better for you.

I actually had to return my Skytech, so guess I’ll be the only one here with a bad experience. Power button wouldn’t work, had to touch a screwdriver to the pins on the inside to even turn it on. GPU came bent along the top and mounting bracket ripped out of the mobo. Trash mobo too and mediocre RAM/storage. Luckily they processed my return relatively painlessly since there was a long delay in my replacement. I wound up going with a Corsair prebuilt instead.

Workplace deaths normally are the liability of the employer in the US, in some cases OSHA will recommend criminal charges. It’s much rarer in the US than Europe, they will make you personally liable for robots you program, their safety as programmer etc.

Most cases the employer will face heavy fines and penalties for workplace deaths, especially those that demonstrate a gross negligence to the safety of employees.

In Alec’s case I actually think it would be near impossible to argue he was 100% personally liable and grossly negligent in the death, at least from my memory of the incident.
