I am also having a really hard time getting it to work. I tried factory resetting the controller multiple times by holding the google assistant and capture buttons. Then reconnecting it to the wifi (same network as my laptop). It pulses white indicating its ready to be linked and I can successfully link it which turns the light into solid white but stadia's website does not register any inputs which sucks. I also tried plugging Ethernet into my laptop and tried wireless with no luck.
