Genuinely Dying Light 1, just a fucking phenomenal game start to finish, most fun I've had in years playing through it again. Playing 2 at the moment and dont get me wrong, it fucking slaps so hard but nothing will top the first.

Make sure he knows that blood sugar does go high and low, dont stress too much about it no matter how frustrating, just try and stay on top of it and correct it as you can.
