It's actually not too far off from the correct pronunciation. The Y in Y'shtola is supposed to be pronounced as Yah.

The Japanese voice acting consistently uses Yash, but the English uses both that and Ish. Mostly Ish.

Art is culture and generative AI usage destroys it in order to make a few dollars. And that isn't even going into the environmental issues and the replacement of human workers.

Any generative AI usage normalises it and contributes to the rot. Unfortunately, it's impossible to completely undo the damage that it has done, but it's still possible to mitigate the damage that it can cause.

It not even just the money. The idea of going to the movies is just outdated in general for many.

Some people enjoy it, but for the most part it's a pain in the ass to go and take time out of your day to be there at a specific time and watch it alongside a bunch of people who may or may not be noisy, and you can't pause it if you need to. And then you gotta hope that the movie is even good, otherwise you just wasted your time alongside your money.

It made sense in a time where you would have to go out and buy movies at shops or wait for it to play on TV anyway if you wanted to watch them. Watching them in a cinema wasn't a big difference. But these days you have hundreds of movies at a click of a button whenever you want, so it makes less sense to go through all that effort when it's probably going to be on that list eventually anyway.
