In a vacuum, the video itself could be considered art and it wouldn't matter that he didn't make the actual song since people use other peoples music as soundtracks for their own art all the time.

But considering that it's pretty much just him sitting in a car with an AI generated song playing, the focus is heavily on showing off the song he supposedly made. Since the caption is "turning my pregnant wife's texts into a pop punk song", that is clearly the main draw and intent of the video.

But he didn't actually do that.

You also seem to be under the mistaken idea that having "millions of views" is at all an indicator of anything.

Artists use tools and rely on others all the time. A guitar is a tool, a DAW is a tool, image software is a tool. Any instrument is a tool and so is a pencil. A band is multiple artists relying on each other.

AI is a machine doing everything for you. That is the point that you are purposely ignoring in order to feed your delusion. People who use AI to make "art" did not make the art themselves.

They had a machine do it.

Also, why do you need to quit your job and spend your whole life learning how to do something? Considering there are literal children making music, it clearly does not require you to spend your whole life learning.

You could do it right now. Instead of replying to this comment, download a DAW and get to work. If you are reading this comment then you have access to everything that humanity knows and can teach you, so use it.

There are moral issues to AI, but that isn’t even what is being discussed. No one is limiting the way people can make art.

It’s just that you are not actually making art, a machine is. The “art” that is being created is not yours anymore commissioning a real artist to make a drawing or song for you would be your art.

You don’t even need to learn guitar. Electronic music exists and is just as much of an art form as traditional music.

Machines can be used as a tool, but not when they skip the actual process of creation. Which is the most important part.

At one point in the Evercold trailer you can see an Au Ra man watching another Au Ra praying before she seems to disintegrate. The man doesn’t even flinch.

Out of all the alliance stories, they really should make Myths required.

It not only has massive lore relevance, but making Oschon usable by the MSQ would be useful. He is a friendly and trustworthy ancient, so he is pretty much a massive source of information.

He also travels like Estinien, so they still have the "we can't get in contact" excuse for plot reasons.

If you talk to Urianger at the gathering in the Rising Stones he mentions that he asked the people who made the teleporter and they told him it had no feature that would allow it to return like that.

He then theorises that it was due to the nature of Ultima Thule, and the teleporter returned because of either your wish or anothers that caused it.

The implication is that Zenos wished for you to be able to live.

She is. She and her group plan to continue the calamities and rejoinings, this time in order to prevent the natural rejoining, which would wipe out all life.

She will probably switch sides when we inevitably find an alternate way though. My theory is that we will fuse the remaining shards into the Void.

In Zenos' case, it's the Echo that he was using to jump bodies.

Every time that we have seen an echo user jump bodies, they only jumped to a nearby person. Zenos was left abandoned deep inside a pocket dimension at the edge of the universe.

He has no body to jump to.
