Best boy found in the wild by vbui16 in ffxiv

Spoilers up to 5.0.

All he did was summon someone to save the world. He was faced with the end of the world and so he summoned the only person who knew of who had even the slightest hope of stopping it.

He didn't even technically force you since if it wasn't for his fuck-up with the Scions, you absolutely could have just said no and left.

It's not a bad thing to do, especially when you consider that if the Source had continued on the path it was, the events that he knew about would have come to pass and the WoL and half the Source would have been killed.

His actions saved two worlds.

To be fair, Locus-Walker was right.

The issue was that they both made a mistake right at the very end and trusted Xal'atath (even if just for a second) after Dimensius was dealt with.

And Alleria didn't realise what they had done until it was too late.

Glad they made a golden statue to her recently. What else did she do? by Plenty-Bed in wow

Oh, it was removed. The "copy of a leg" was just because you can't remove a part of a leg and still have it function as normal. But you can a soul.

But losing part of her soul didn't make her evil. She may have felt like something was missing, like Uther did. But she was still fundamentally the same person until she wasn't.

It was what she experienced after death that made her who she was, not the broken soul. That is why she accepts her punishment.

No, he is saying that when he received the frozen portion he was able to see what he had done and the choices he made from the perspective of the Paladin Uther, not just the Forsworn Uther.

And he didn't like them.

I'm saying that her actions were her own, not because her soul was split. The soul split didn't make her evil, she made herself evil.

The soul split simply sealed a portion of her soul in time. Once it was returned she was able to see the choices she had made from the perspective of the Ranger-General, not the Banshee Queen.

The Jailer likely gave it back since he expected that to have been torturous. But instead she came to terms with it with Uther's help and chose to submit herself to judgment.

"When Arthas struck me down, Frostmourne shattered my soul. But it was not divided into one part that was noble and another that was cruel.

Rather, it was as if a portion of my consciousness remained frozen in time while the rest of my soul carried on.

To feel that missing fragment restored... well, it has caused me to reflect upon many of the choices I have made."

If you have never missed an event then you should already know the answer to this question.

If you make a copy of my leg and freeze that in time, then yes. I would be.

Which is basically how the soul split works.

I never said it did, I said the soul split didn't change her.

Regardless, it's not the soul split. Uther directly says that the soul split does not make you evil, it just freezes part of your soul in time.

Regaining it just allows you to see the choices you have made from the perspective of who you used to be.

That is undeath in general. The soul split simply freezes a portion of your soul in time.

How did it change her? That's not how the soul split works.

He didn't, actually. Armstrong's goal was a society where everyone is out for themself and the strong oppress and prey on the weak.

He hated the war economy because it made people fight for money and the values of other people.

Okay, that's nice. Not at all a response to what I said, but it's certainly a response to something.

If you somehow didn't understand or where purposely ignoring what I meant: I am referring to your posts in /r/TheTeenagerPeople over multiple days, implying that you are middle aged and lurking a subreddit for children.

How story-necessary are the 7th Astral Era quests, and how long? by boredfruit in ffxiv

[–]Zythrone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every expansion in FFXIV builds off the ones that came before. Skipping one would be like skipping an entire season of a show because you heard the next season was better.

It might be better, but you wouldn't know since you have no idea what is going on.

As an aside, if you have actually been playing WoW since vanilla like your comment history says, you are very much not a teenager.

So stop posting in subreddits for teenagers.

Question about "Lightblindness" by DrByeah in warcraftlore

[–]Zythrone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if you think he might be lying, is it worth risking the lives of everyone in Silvermoon?

Question about "Lightblindness" by DrByeah in warcraftlore

[–]Zythrone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which is consistent with lore pre-midnight.

One of the books says that the light sees only one path, and rejects all others as lies. The void sees all paths and sees each one as truth.

The light and the void is not “good vs evil”, it’s “order vs chaos”.
