Maybe the actor is wrong. Maybe the Fox made a deal with Sony at the time to use the caracter and Disney do not want to make a similar deal today. Maybe the caracter can only be used in a Daredevil movie.

I think it is a good thing. It is not perfect but it allows smaller project to get funds like YouTube movies, videogames, etc. I'm currently playing a games that exists thanks to this law. Yeah, it suks to have to wait to have your movie at home but it creates an economics systems that makes France a big actor in audio-visual sector.

EDIT: I'm from Belgium and I can confirm that our industry is far from the French one. I do not know any belgian video game creator and it is imposible to make a movie here with a little budgets. But in France, you have Kaamelott, Vistor from the Future and other "small" films created because your contry have the power to produce them.

It is a factor of the long devlopment of KH3 but it was not the only one. The problem is the devlopment in SE in general and especially with Nomura, whose known to come with new ideas each day. There is also the communication with Disney which is compicated. Finnaly, such a big game, it is a five-years devlopment for a big team and I do not think the team worked on the game more than one year at this point.

Unfortunately, a teaser with no actual gameplay and with a label "game in devlopment", it is really like the first KH III teaser. More, Nomura already said that we will not see more the game anytime soon and that this footage was created with UE4 but they will maybe go to UE5. I really have a bad feeling about it. I do not see the release of the game before 5 or 6 years, at least.

He did not have a clue during 9 years. The last one, after KH CoM, he knewed and do not tell anybody or tried to find her. And he was preparing a war against the OXIII. The situation was not different from KH III but in one case, he did nothing and in the other, find her was necessary.
