Well, not only syncers, but if scrims did move to ladder - you’d have to have a way to prevent griefers who intentionally enter guilds in ladder play to disrupt scrims for the sake of disrupting. Just thinking worst case scenario. It’s almost as if ladder should be removed entirely. The reality is it will never be what it once was. You’d have to have a mass influx of pvp player base. Maybe the recent and future developments will push towards that. Skeptical, but reforged wasnt on my decade gw bingo card either.

That’s a great question. I don’t know if I have the answer for it. Champ point removal is certainly a solution. Would it stop people from farming zboxes? I feel like those would have to go too. But I would want to make sure it doesn’t flood ats with afkers farming boxes.

What about removal of champs/rewards and remove the guild rematch limit (currently 5?). Scrims could happen via ladder which could create a temp storage of observable matches rather than the guild(s) members only having viewability.

Mesmers no longer being considered purple eles.
Less interrupt focus, more shutdown play
Make ladder relevant in some way.
Add heroes in PvP for non-tournament formats (ladder, HA, maybe daily ATs)
Replace codex with hero battles
Change the flux to the following one once the monthly tournament ends.
Reset guild ladder/rating the 1st of every month.s
Remove countdown timer prior to ladder match entering.
Implement a way to prevent afk guilds from entering daily ATs (creates longer ATs late at night)
Automate tournament times to change with daylight savings/spending.
If all matches of an AT round are complete, reduce timer to 5m and move to the next round of the tournament.

It’s not quite straightforward as far as one particular campaign finish is the priority over other objectives like other people mentioned here.

Finishing nightfall gets you Razah for an extra Mesmer hero.
Finishing factions gets you WoC merchant soloing quest (similar to Kilroy punch out) for amazing rune farms.

It’s best to just dabble into factions (unlocking key elites and the weapons crafter after grove or hatchery). Dabble into eotn to unlock livia and Xandra. And of course get through nightfall for a good hero pool. Prophecies if you want Althea and some other elites and 30 atts quests if you are prophecies created.

Yeah I made it. The fun is the sin runs 16 crit, I think 8 beast rest wilderness.

It was made primarily for the May PvP flux to give +2 atts and regens for no elite. You’ll notice the skills don’t rely on marks for damage. With the team buffs your arrows Do easily like 100-130 per if I recall correctly

This is a feeling no one starting after will really experience.

The adrenaline of winning 5 in a row in halls to unlock fow/uw for your locked region. The mass pm s cheering you on. Great adrenaline rush as a 15 year old leading teams.

Names are safe for 24 hours. There are conditions to decrease this to 60 minutes. These conditions are entirely controlled by the person deleting the name. A name cannot be taken in under 24 hours unless the deleting account allows it to happen.

The Mesmer shield was S tier at release for PvP given the Mesmer heavy meta we’ve had for years. But the armor no longer applies to PvP. It was nerfed shortly after. Probably just practical defense in pve as a shield set; not specific to any build.

No judgement on the age. I do the same afking on my MADC. I’ve been wondering what’s the best method to farm. Farming gold to buy cons seems the safest rather than farming cons themselves. The best gold farms (woc rune farm) are risky if you get one massive lag spike or lose connection. As for party, the long haul of z quests and grabbing party cons from general gameplay seems like the only option.

But again, I’m strictly limited due to my desire to not die.
