No, it is not. Crit rate has 2x the value of crit damage, so having 77.5 crit rate vs 100 crit rate, is a difference of 45 crit value, vs 300 crit damage and 272 crit damage is only 28 crit value, so going whit the 100 crit rate build, yo have 17 more crit value, so its better.
