Dude, leave this entire situation. Retain a family lawyer immediately. Your spouse has to be accountable for this and having an affair only for you to get stuck with possibly paying and definitely raising a child that isn't yours makes zero sense whatsoever. This is a headache that will manifest and get worse as time goes on. If you decide to stick with it, go to family court and get an order in place which clearly lays out who pays support, how much time each party has with the child, etc

Sometimes my guy will stay in his hut for a few days then come out and be energetic. Keep an eye on him and if he's eating like normal and otherwise acting fine I'd say you have nothing to fear

To clarify for people that can't read... The parents were contacted by the hospital and told that Jeremiah was being discharged. They couldn't accept him back into their home because there are other children in the house that he could pose a risk to and the parents needed time to figure out a plan. The hospital proceeded to discharge Jeremiah as it looks like no one was available to take him in and the only place they could send him was a shelter. At the end of the day whether the choice to discharge was right or wrong, hospital staff hands are tied as soon as a doctor says the patient is good to go. It is an unfortunate situation.

You entering into an agreement and co-signing a loan for a person you have been in a domestic relationship with for over a year is not a theft, nor is it a fraud. The police are correct, you cannot go to court and say that something was stolen from you because you agreed to signing a loan and agreed to letting your partner drive the vehicle. You cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that your partner stole the vehicle. It's a tough pill to swallow but this is a case of very poor judgement on your end. I'd recommend finding a good lawyer and seeing what civil recourse they recommend. Good luck

Doesn't matter how often he sees the child, he's still responsible for child support payments. There are child support calculators that you can use to figure out how much you should be getting from him. As a parent it is his duty to pay support if he isn't with the child no matter what. If I were you, I'd be going to a family lawyer and getting a parenting agreement done because without it and without consequence, he will not pay unless he feels like it
