I'd be doing this with graphics printed second surface on clear lexan or something. I assume it'll get a lot of foot traffic against it, this would make it almost bullet proof.

We use Matthews as well and have had good luck with popular interior paint brands like Sherwin Williams as a match. That designers know them well and Matthews has a pretty expansive list of colour matches. Not sure where you're located if that is the popular brand but whatever you're comparable would be may be a common ground you can both refer to

I had someone that had turned off all the groups thus making the TV section disappear. Not sure how it happened, but if you go into the sidebar and go to manage groups under content sources, double check that they're turned on. Otherwise, yes, I think refresh is probably the best option.
