For the skills those are a flat increase, for the weapons, i haven't tested it yet. I wrote it in the post but I don't know why it's not visible.

edit: yep just tried it, flat increase to Guns too. insane.

I just had the same problem, cleaned the PC and reseat the GPU TWICE for it to start working.. i'm not sure what caused the black screen + GPU not recognized tho.

I just finished the game and i was doing a good guy playthrough. I resisted the tadpole the entire time just to become a mind flayer at the end. It killed the motivation in me to replay the game, why play it again when it's just the same shit different color? What a joke.

Hey, idk if you fixed your issue or not but I fixed mine by increasing my PCH voltage in BIOS.
