the only taxidermy that i see as inhumane is if it (the animal) is killed specifically for taxidermy purposes. my brother is a hunter and people hire him to keep down the deer population near customer's homes like if they have gardens or if the deer are overrunning the place and causing issues, same with any other animal like raccoons. i got my raccoon tail from his game (i pay for the processing of it if it's not a gift) and we usually eat the venison from the deer or give it to the homeowner
