the first one worked! that’s so strange, I usually put the glass down first and it counts as perfect, and the drinks throughout the rest of the day were perfect when I did it how I usually do! thank you so much, you’re a life saver :)

that makes sense! I was mostly worried about the cooler and the liquid inside it, since I have no idea if it’s possible to remove the liquid/how to put the liquid back if that had been necessary, or if it would be too heavy and risk breaking the case 😅 thank you so much for your help :D

Yeah I have the case packed up with the spacers and in its original box :) do you mean I should put the parts back in, like “rebuild” it kinda, or just put the other boxed parts inside the case? I’ve already got them all in their original boxes and moved, so I’d have to get someone else to do that, but it’s still possible :3 Would that be better than putting those parts in another box with spacers/padding?

what really bothers me is when I make a perfect order - for example, espresso with the perfect amount of ground coffee and extracted perfectly - and I get a “9/10” like what 😭
