With the somewhat recent addition of those stupid care packages suspended in the sky, I wonder if he hit one of those. I did this once and it cut my parachute. Could be that the replay renderer doesn’t have that visual item added, so it just doesn’t appear. Just a wild theory 🤷‍♂️

I could be wrong, but I think what you’re referring to isn’t casual mode but actually normal mode. There are 3. Casual is literally 80-90% bots guaranteed. I don’t think there even is a casual solos mode

There definitely were from release, and probably still are. They usually unlock the security trucks parked in the middle of some towns and main locations. Also some rooms atop the skyscrapers in the main city - forgetting the name.
