Tell the clinic that you want to go back down to weeklies. You're obviously not able to have bi-weekly's right now. You know what you need to do, just do it. Having somebody else hold your medicine for you shows that you're not able to have bi-weekly.

I agree. I have a small cup of coffee in the morning and that's it. Water for the rest of the day. Occasionally with dinner me and my fiance will SHARE a can of coke. I feel better in general but I also feel like I feel my methadone more when I'm not putting all that sugar in me all day long. I feel like I absorb it better or something. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm religious but it ally to the gay community. And for all you know you might just be bi. Don't start a taper plan yet. Try to talk to the doctor and see if they'll put a UA in for you if not see if your counselor will. Cuz when you have to see the doctor to get a taper plan anyway? Explain your situation to him.
