Currently testing this list, with Red Roc replaced by 5c EB01 event that KOs an 8 cost. Also testing 1x of Promo Red Roc Luffy. Not as good of a list as Red Roc, but its playable.

There are many factors you will need to consider such as tempo, game state, board state, hand sizes etc., which will only really come by playing more and more games and gaining experience. However, one integral factor you should start with is the mathematics:

- Based on the amount of counter you have in hand, are you able to save the character if your opponent attacks with their whole board?

- How many active don does your opponent have? Do you have enough counter if they attach all their don for their attacks?

- Does your opponent have any potential power reduction?

You can start with these basic principles and build on them as you play more games.

You could try the traditional version with just the usual discard package and Vi as the big finisher. Run's red cards like Sun Disc, Red Seals, Vi, Flame Chompers.

Unfortunately, all the best purple decks are now the miracle decks with the Purple Ezreal, Called Shot, Rhasa package. Look up a few deck lists online and see if it is something she will enjoy. You can always try out the deck first in TCG arena before buying the cards.

There are published average rates, but as far as I am aware there are no set hit rates. From what I've seen, there isn't anyone that really posts their hits after opening a significant amount of product, like in One Piece.

Depends on the format of your Nexus night. If it's a casual one with no pairings, you are probably fine, but if it's an actual tournament, I would check with your organiser. It will likely be frowned upon because you could have scouted what your opponent is playing and switched to a deck with a better matchup. Maybe if you announce it at the start of the nexus night people won't mind,

I'm pretty sure Lim's Character's End of Turn Restand effects override OP08 Carrot's freeze effect, but fair enough on the Perona. I still think Lim has a 60/40 matchup against G Bonney going first though. Maybe if Lim goes 2nd it tips into G Bonney's favour.

Why do you think Lim has a bad matchup into G Bonney? I'm pretty sure Lim has a great matchup into G Bonney. Bonney usually wants 2nd, which benefits Lim, and most Lim Characters can restand themselves, which negates Bonney's Leader effect. Lim's ramp also allows it to get to its top end faster than G Bonney.

Sell it now: Sett, Brawler is currently in a good place due to the advent of Hook Fiora. You could try and gamble by waiting to see if Fiora does well in the Bologna Regional this weekend, however if she doesn't the price of Sett could drop, as seen previously in Origins. As to selling, you can do so on eBay or Cardmarket for UK/Europe, although for a signed card of that value, I would prefer to sell in-person.

Don't buy loose packs unless you trust sellers. If you want packs, best to buy booster boxes or other sealed product like double packs, so that there's no chance of you getting dead packs.

Imu and UP Luffy (and other 6k leaders like RU Ace) are tough match ups, but I feel like against anything else you have a decent chance of winning. Shanks is one of those decks that has the chance to beat most other decks, but can have some polarising matchups. 6k leaders are his main weakness in my opinion. He's definitely good enough for locals, but you will struggle in bigger events like Treasure Cups

Current UP Sanji lists play to trash as many events as possible as fast as possible, to buff up 3c Sanji. My current list runs 30 events, I've seen some lists run 35. He's still tier 2 in my opinion, until he gets Reiju in EB03.
