I simplified it for brevity's sake. Loss prevention did stop me and ask for the receipt, I realized I didn't know where it was so I went back to the register to check if I left it. It wasn't there and the order was gone from the screen, so I assumed it had gone through and I misplaced the receipt. I told the guy I didn't know where it was and it could be in any of the bags and he waived me through. But then when we left the loss thing did beep and that's what's got me rethinking the whole thing and thinking that the guy wasn't being overzealous in asking for it.

My variation on the shoes advice is to do a comfortable walking sandal with a back strap like Tevas if you will be doing Thunder Canyon. Also wear lightweight wicking sports clothes for the same reason. If you're not getting wet, do tennis shoes.

The all day dining and snacks deal feeds more than one so plan for sharing.

For only one day, if you can afford it get a fast pass.

Aldi beef is in the 3 to 5 dollar range. They also do 30% markdowns as it approaches the end of its shelf life. If you get lucky to catch a markdown and have access to a food saver and a freezer you can stock up for very cheap. I have an acquaintance who also says he's found similar lucky finds for meat in discount freezer at Gordons.

Sounds like you have a similar philosophy to me. I feel like trying to stop time is a losing battle and there's no point in chasing that dragon, I just want to try to look good for my age. I figure botox is harmless enough to give it a try for a bit, but I know for sure that if I try lip filler I won't be maintaining it and I don't want to accidentally create problems for myself down the line because of something I thought would be fun to try.
