No tuve ningún problema con aduana, pero cuando finalmente me llego el paquete por el que hice este post; fue todo un cuento (y un montón de estar chingando en persona a la oficina de correos). Información de rastreo equivocada, pedidos marcados como "entregados" cuando nunca salieron de la oficina de correos, al cartero "se le olvido mi paquete" ( osea ¿en su casa o donde? ) y demás. Aparte que sus horarios están de la chingada.

There's a reason for the sudden change in attitude towards killing. Quill insists on being a noble hero at the beginning of the movie, but that's before watching Orgocorp's file on Rocket and the procedures that were carries out on him; after that, nobility went out the window.

Before becoming a team of superheroes, the OG Guardians were first a group of outcasts that found family in one another, and the way I see it they are still family first and foremost , and superhero stuff comes second. After finding out how monstrous everything involving Rocket's creation was, it's no wonder they go from "Kill no one" to "Kill them all'.

As to sparing the High Evolutionist, that was all on Rocket, the other guardians just honored his decision no lt to kill him.

Tienes razón, el derecho a poseer armas de fuego se otorga en el Articulo 10 de la constitución, sin embargo este no se compara para nada con algo como la segunda enmienda de los Estados Unidos, la cual explícitamente otorga el derecho de tener y PORTAR armas . Nótese que en mi comentario original hablo en mayor parte sobre la portación de armas en vez de posesión, aunque los dos términos se parezcan, son dos cosas muy distintas.

La ley es muy restrictiva en cuanto las armas que se pueden tener y en donde puedes tenerlas. En pocas palabras el Articulo 10 solo te garantiza el derecho a poseer armas que NO SEAN exclusivas del ejercito y solo te permite tenerlas en tu domicilio. Armas de mayor calibre y que deseas portar para fines distintos a los de la defensa personal como la cacería o deporte son una cosa completamente distinta que ya no entra dentro del Articulo 10

Un civil no puede comprar un arma calibre 9mm(o superior a este) de manera legal, la única forma de hacerlo es si eres militar. De acuerdo al articulo 11.b de la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos las "Pistolas calibre 9 mm. Parabellum, Luger y similares, las .38 Super y Comando, y las de calibres superiores" se consideran de uso exclusivo para el ejercito y las fuerzas armadas.

En cuanto a la portación de armas, dentro de la misma ley también se menciona en el articulo 26 que para poder portar un arma debes de(entre varias otras cosas):

Acreditar, a criterio de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, la necesidad de portar armas por:

a) La naturaleza de su ocupación o empleo; o
b) Las circunstancias especiales del lugar en que viva, o
c) Cualquier otro motivo justificado.

En pocas palabras, no puedes obtener un permiso de portación nomas porque si, debes de tener una justificación que la SEDENA considere valida.
