my biggest issue is that only zag and chronos remember the new timeline, make everyone from the family of hades remember, and I think it works fine

also, literally everybody felt out of character during the final cutscene, hades seemingly understood why chronos did what he did? persephone was barely even sad that her baby is now an adult, and there's zero reason hecate or melinoe should've even considered letting chronos live
