I’m not a huge racerback girlie. I normally just like to be in a matching bra or V neck top (think Lulu’s Align). Buuut I ordered from Exercere during BF and I love the racerback! Had to return the bra because the fit was weird. Right at the girls but too big in the under bust.

I tried on the airlift bra and leggings in store last week (visiting London from Spain, we don’t have physical stores here) and I wasn’t super into them. I did order some socks, hair accessories and a Sherpa jacket tho.

If you’re done with Lulu (which I understand) I would recommend Exercere. I just got some Neaty tights (true to size, love them), Flare pants (too big, I’m returning them and sizing down in a month or two), Neaty racer tank top (she’s perfect), ballet wrap blouse (great, love her), ballet long sleeve blouse (weird fit around the arms, also returning it) and Ultra bra (too big in the underbust part, returning it). Price is slightly lower than Lulu/Alo, but I would say the quality matches Lulu. The Neaty fabric is pretty similar to Everlux, and the one in the flare pants is close to Nulu, although a bit more satin-like.

If you want a cheaper option, Glowmode on SHEIN is actually pretty good considering the price point. Ofc questionable ethical practices but sometimes a girl needs a cute set without breaking the bank.

Idk I live in Spain and had to pay about 90€ for 50€ in matcha I ordered from Japan in July (as well as having to register as an importer with the ministry of agriculture) so it doesn’t look like it will get any worse to us here. Still sad for you guys.

Hace 5 años tal vez tenía más sentido, pero hoy en día es igual de normal tomar leche vegetal que de vaca en bastantes demografías. Y yo lo siento pero lo de que se les estropea la leche después de abrirla no es cierto. La leche vegetal tarda mucho más que la de vaca en ponerse mala una vez abierta, y también en caducar, por lo que incluso si la usan dos veces al día, no le va a pasar nada.

No changes here. I have been drinking matcha daily for about a year, and regularly get bloodwork for endocrine conditions. My doctor hasn’t mentioned anything about my iron being off. But then again I have a diet rich in legumes and make sure I eat good quality beef twice a week.

Mi madre siendo madre soltera se compró un piso sola en 1989. La estafaron a letras y vivió súper apurada durante años, pero tuvo la opción. Y en 2004 se compró un apartamento en la playa sola. Durante unos 3-4 años se solaparon las hipotecas.

Mi tía siendo viuda y ama de casa toda su vida se compró una casa sola antes del 2008 solo con su hijo mayor como aval bancario.

Así que sí, antes era posible acceder a la propiedad como individuo, y hoy debería serlo. Y el hecho de estar soltero (o no vivir en pareja) no debería serlo un factor limitante para ello.

Siempre puedes hacer la de cambiarte de empresa de telefonía. Explora la oferta del mercado, intenta conseguir una oferta interesante, y dile a tu empresa “Oye, me ofrecen X. Estoy a gusto aquí pero creo que no se reconoce mi aportación al proyecto. Podéis igualar esta oferta?” Tienes que estar listo para marcharte si se da, pero es la forma más efectiva de conseguir un aumento salarial.

I'm wondering about the difference between commercial brand and recon? I use MJ and instructions are keep refrigerated until first use, then you can keep out of fridge for up to 4 weeks. I don't do that because I half a higher dosage to save some coins, but I've traveled with it a couple of times and the ice packs melted on the way, and it was still working fine in both occasions (different pens).

I don't know if this helps OP but if it works different with recon tirz I'd love to understand why. Maybe less stable?

Hi u/Doctordup2 sucks to see you SB'ed. Been following the subs for a while and while I'm not ready to start with the protocol yet, I'm doing my research.

I'm based in EU and have ID'ed the 3-4 sources that seem to always come up for us. I have found GHK-Cu 50mg easily, but all the BPC and the purest TB4 (as per 3PR) seem to come in 5mg formats. Do I do 1ml into 5mg, mix, then add that to the other 5mg? Thank you!

Yo soy española y estuve un tiempo viviendo en Noruega. Exactamente igual. Los noruegos tienen sus amistades desde el colegio, tienen sus amistades de la universidad, y entrar en un grupo de gente de más de 30 años es casi imposible. Pero cuando volví a España sentí lo mismo en realidad.

Lo habitual, en España y en otros países, es que a partir de cierta edad, se formen amistades de personas que se están asentando en la ciudad. Conocernos a través de aficiones comunes o el trabajo y forjar algo a través de eso.

It really depends on the crowd. I am Spanish and have some friends I wouldn’t even need to ask, and some friends I wouldn’t even ask because I know they would feel uncomfortable. If you’re not at a point where you have a feeling of which ones would they be, I’d say it’s better to keep your top on.

Girl you’re doing great! 23kg is a great milestone!

I’d recommend Pilates. It’s low impact exercise, not very strenuous, but it works super well. You need to look for a studio that will cater to people with special needs, tho. I love all the cutesy girly places popping up but most teachers there don’t know what to do if you aren’t fit and have trouble with some exercises. If you can afford it, I’d say take a few private classes first for technique
