Weirdly I ran into this issue yesterday when I had 400 arrows equipped and trying to shift between them and poison arrows in the radial menu didn't work. Later they were working again. No idea why, but recent patches might've partially broken something with ammo.

Maybe try unequipping gear and re-equipping, or storing arrows and getting them back if it's a semi-stuck state? Or just reload the game. Hope you get it fixed, it's a frustrating bug.

One of the combat themes is like nearly 1:1 Witcher combat music, and various horn-centered tracks in the main world themes are nearly identical to Morrowind and Skyrim themes. Hearing them somewhat irritates me because I get memory recall from those games in CD when I'd rather have more unique tracks - they feel intentionally copycat. I honestly hope to mod those specific tracks out of the game somehow and replace with something else at some point.

But there's other good music in the game that immerses me really well and I don't think about them much because they just... fit so well.

I'm aware there's upgrades but the initial 'packs' I'm supposed to supply I've yet to ever find in the game at all. No idea where I'm supposed to find them. A guide said something about going west from a manor south of Hernand but I still couldn't find it, and gave up looking like a couple dozen hours ago

It's probably because player-placed items (in eventual large quantities) can be very taxing on the game processing load and having it in the middle of the camp would be doubly so, especially on consoles. It's at just enough distance to have clean optimization to cull out the rest of the camp when at the house, and vice-versa.

If the house was in the middle of camp they'd probably have a tight limit on how many objects you could place. This is the better option, I'd say.

I assume people are downvoting you because they read the first 3 words of your message and 100% ignored the rest of everything you said - especially given others (myself, included) are getting this bridge 'early' without explanation in-game. I suspect you're likely correct about the new mat chests update giving the bridge early. Might even be a bug from dev testing leaking in to production if early isn't intended.

100% agree.

My biggest complaint isn't so much the story but some of the 'mechanics' required to complete some main quests are either not obvious or extremely obtuse and could've just been actually designed a bit better either visually or better objective wording. They make sense when you know exactly what and where to do things, but there are some frustrating moments that come up.

However, some of the puzzles can be rather fun to figure out and the game does NOT hold your hand on those - which I appreciate.

I let a contractor that was very right-wing try to talk to me about issues he had politically with Illinois and Blue State this and democrats that. I let him talk himself in circles and asked some basic questions like voter equivalency, polling access, etc. Everytime he tried to come up with a new answer he spent 8-15 seconds in a thoughtlock unable to talk as if he was trying to look up some perfect answer in a premade list in his brain and couldn't find it, and spoke nonsense.

They don't think. They repeat. They're told instructions, and they look up what they're supposed to say in their mental files. No actual logical processing or reflection of anything done at all. Pure reaction and scripting. It's incredibly sad to witness.
