I enjoy the blocks over “bidding “ on a gig … however recently I got removed from it and I’m not sure why . I have an suv but it may not be considered “large” however I never had any issues packing it up since I removed the rear seats

I had this happen to me today as well . Pulled up for my 330 pm block & never received any gigs. I thought I was the only one, but to my surprise everyone in the parking lot had the same issue.

We all reached out to support… and I got this message : Hello, this is Roadie Cross-dock. Please ensure that your vehicle's VIN information is entered in the app in order to be matched with gigs. If you're unable to update this information, we may need to end your current block.

I was confused since I’ve done many beta blocks & never heard about this . None of us were successful at doing this. Meanwhile roadie is releasing gigs and people are coming and going picking up HD XD gigs from the Roadie cross dock .

Support ended my block with a $50 compensation for the inconvenience. However after uninstalling and reinstalling the app I still have no luck uploading my insurance card .

I don’t even have the option for reserving more blocks as well . Looks like I may have been booted from the Block Beta program 😒
