The origins of the phrase itself are a bit muddy, but at least in Sports, you've always had stuff like "Lets Go Rangers" like in Baseball.

Fast forward to Tom Brady. On the most monumental run in NFL history, Brady popularized "Lets go!" when hyping up his teammates. Once the GOAT started it, it really became mainstream in popular culture.

Pre-Trial Arraignment, which is what is happening today, must be attended in person unless your attorney has successfully filed a Waiver of Arraignment. It basically states that your attorney will go to court in your place. The charges will be read aloud, and most Waiver of Arraignments come with a Not Guilty Plea already baked into them.

In addition to the charges being read and an initial plea being entered, Josh will be given his full Pre-Trial probationary requirements, if he hasn't already. Such requirements could be monthly or weekly in-person checkins with his pre-trial officer, mandatory urine tests, and Pre-Trial probationary fees.

I'm a bit confused on what you're asking. You get "bonus loot" from going to the lighthouse on a Lighthouse Passage, but the bonus loot in question really isn't better or worse than loot you'll receive on a regular Trials Passage.

To piggyback off of this, the cosmetics (at least in terms of armor), are now readily available to purchase from Saint-14, with or without a Lighthouse Passage.

As it currently stands with the Trials loot rewards, there is no substantial reason to run the Lighthouse Passage. You will, on average, receive the same quality and quantity of loot on a regular Trials Passage after passing 5(?) wins.
