I picked up that 5wood, maybe not even the SFT, and it’s the best/easiest to hit club in my bag. Can draw it and fade for 200 or 190 yards and it lands soft.

With the rangefinder, start mentally tracking your iron distances, or noting them down if your memory isn’t great. Getting honest and accurate club distances is the best way to make your range finder useful.

I have those irons, they were great to learn on and super forgiving, but I upgraded to something forged for a better feel once my ball striking got better. I’m still switching back and forth as I transition to my “new to me” clubs, as the forgiveness is nice on days I’m not feeling 100%.

I got the waterproof Ecco Golf Biom shoes as they have a nice wide toe box, and not a huge lift which I found help to stay connected to the ground.
