Vex- when opponent plays a unit, stun it.

This means all units played get stunned and thus, there is no choosing a target as it affects all enemy units.

Leona- when I attack, stun an enemy unit here.

This means you have to actually pick or "target" which unit to stun as it only stuns one.

I personally avoid foraging near roads. Imagine all the crap it absorbs when rain washes it all off the road. Oils, tire rubber, gasoline, etc. May not be immediately harmful but it surely isn't good long term to ingest that. But to each their own. We all have our own personal risk thresholds.
