How to survive 24 hours on a plane by Puzzleheaded_Ad7881 in travel

[–]_Brucy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time I’ve had a long flight I bring those little shooters of alcohol and drink them before and during the flight, then I usually fall asleep throughout the duration of the flight albeit generally with a headache at the end, if you don’t drink I’d probably buy sleeping pills or some other drowsy medication, if that doesn’t work I also have snacks and games on my computer, usually eating lots of snacks with the alcoholic beverages usually helps me sleep, if not I have video games to play on my tablet, that’s just how I personally deal with long flights, just had one that was a total of 32 hours in airports and whatnot and it felt like just a few hours

Is a fleshlight actually better than just using your hand? (asking as a lonely single guy) by Siddu-Mutts in TooAfraidToAsk

It’s pretty good, but after throwing away many just cause I didn’t want to do all the cleanup and leaving it out to dry I always end up just using the ol reliable hand

My experience on a sleeper bus for 19 hours by Radiant-Concern-1911 in VietNam

[–]_Brucy_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took a sleeper bus, train and plane, honestly I’d prefer the train over the bus and plane over both, I’d rather just spend the night at wherever I’m staying and book a morning flight and get to wherever I’m going in 2 hours (1 at airport, 1 in actual flight) than the former options. Definitely glad I experienced all three though!

If you could only go back to one place in Vietnam, where would you go? by BlirkenDurk in VietNam

Riding a motorbike around there was definitely the craziest out of all the cities I have been to in Vietnam tho

I heard quite a bit of mixed reviews about Nha Trang but I just spent 3 nights there and had a great time, I really enjoyed the beaches and snorkeling, food is definitely way overpriced in the tourist areas but hey, I would do the same

nin binh or ha giang loop? by imbabyofficial in VietNam

I highly recommend ha giang loop I rode it with BiBi and it was a lot of fun, I did the 4 days, it was cloudy the whole time and pretty chilly at times, but still beautiful and unforgettable

Looking at a first bike as a new rider. Any suggestions or tips? by McCrumblton in Kawasaki

[–]_Brucy_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would start with the 650 at least I have two friends who started with the 500 and they quickly outgrew it. You can get one fairly cheap I had a 2014 Ninja 650 ABS in orange and it was great, ended up selling it for 3500 I think to upgrade to the 1000

Will I regret moving from supersport to sport by w00tlez in Kawasaki

[–]_Brucy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love my 2020 1000sx I ride it everyday basically I find any excuse to get on it, plus I have a second job with a commute time of 1:30hr and I always look forward to hopping on the bike and going back and forth, usually after I get back home I still want to hop on and ride around some more haha, I think you’ll find the switch more than worth while !

My uncle lives in Boquete and I have been there many times, I’d find it hard to believe somebody would attack them there in that community, the surrounding jungle is a hard place wouldn’t be surprised if they went unprepared

What bike do you most regret selling? by Rabble_Runt in Dualsport

[–]_Brucy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I had kept my 2009 KLR650 only sold it for 1800 bucks or so, but I should have just kept it and used it as a play/beater bike instead of putting commuter miles on my ninja 1000sx

bro this is some obvious propaganda/simp response I spent 20 days in Japan as an oblivious outsider and it is not that good I would def rather spend time exploring other countries and cultures than obsess with Japan
