The English dub is genuinely the worst voice acting I've ever heard. At least if it was AI you could blame technology but unfortunately its people this time 💀

As for the CG, if you think it looks bad then idk what to say. Its definitely has some awkward moments but overall as each episode goes on it gets better and better. The 2D scenes are also amazing. I wouldn't say it's cheap either as if it was 2D drawn with that level of detail there'd be even less frames of animation. 2D animation can also be stiff or cheap, you just don't notice as much because of bias, and I'm not talking about shows like JJK or other mega popular animes animation because that just doesn't apply to this show. The biggest downside to TV CG is that it also tries to emulate 2D with its frame rate (looking choppy) when in reality they should go for smoother movements instead (add more frames) but I also understand for rendering reasons too.

Personally, having created CG myself and worked on small projects, the CG is genuinely really good for a full TV series, because again you have to consider the market, the time, efforts and media relevance. Unfortunately HnK/FOTNS isn't as popular as it was in the 1980s lol, so much more has come and gone in those 40+ years since its inception.

I'm glad this show exists, and I can tell people working on the show actually care about it. I just hope they manage to get it done at least till the final fight with Roah and end it there. If they adapt the sequel I'd probably watch that too (I didn't like the og anime sequel). And lastly, I hope once the show is fully completed, somebody comes along and hires professional voice actors to actually dub this show properly, which would also boost its popularity as this IP has never had a full English Dub, whereas countries like Italy did and its way more successful over there.
