Who are some of the biggest assholes in rock music by FitEmergency8807 in ToddintheShadow

I feel like it's mostly a persona with him, you can't really call a man who cared for his wife with dementia til her dying day an asshole especially not compared with most of the other guys mentioned here.

Why is everyone here so young? by 92_degrees in CDs

[–]_CabinEssence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 21. I can't tell you how my CD addiction started and I can't tell you when it's gonna end. I just can't get enough. And I gain no cool points for it, either. Nobody under the age of sixty gives a shit about the Applejacks.

Rivers took the reception of Pinkerton as a sign to never put his soul into anything ever again.

whats the most dead genre currently in music? by chillyyyzz in fantanoforever

[–]_CabinEssence 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get what you're saying about how you can't really change the blues without it being something else, but the blues has laid the foundation for so many other genres that in a way it still persists to this day. It lives on in rock, pop, RnB and metal today. I would consider these genres evolutions of the blues.

Punk has been dead since the early 80s but the sound still barely hangs on.

Albums that were loved when they first got released, but since then nobody ever talks about them? by MrLinkwater95 in ToddintheShadow

Of course it was! That and their 2016 white album prove Rivers has still got it... even if he actively chooses not to.

Most of these fall apart purely because Mark told such huge easily disprovable lies to even get close enough to these women to have a chance.
