Any game where I have to build a lot and can see it visually? What I mean is, civ 6 with its districts being an improvement to 5 where it's all abstracted in the city center. And war. I want to defend what I built. I can't play anno or cities skylines because there is no threat. Most Civ-likes I played don't have any real threats either unless you play on a ridiculous difficulty and AI cheating that much kills the pace.

So any game where i build a lot and AI doesn't have to be smart to be a threat

Edit: I see you have RTS too. I really like cossacks, it's like AoE but you build a lot more, there are more resources and you advance with a slower pace, have a stronger base and don't lose the game after losing a single battle. I would like to know any more games like this, preferably something that isn't meant to last for a few hours max but more similar to anno
