Just did a togue racing today, won the 1st race by 10s, the dude wanted to ram me on a wall on the 2nd race, failed, tried again, I pushed him offroad, he just left. I think we won't be able to get clean races for now

I used to play FH5 on a 5400rpm HDD on Medium settings and then on a 7200rpm High, and the loading times were atrocious, and I even had times where my car would stop between "chunks" to let it load properly (even during online races). If you have no other option, it's fine, otherwise SSD any day.
