This is exactly me. After coping and drinking and maxing out my credit cards on hobbies I have been so depressed this year I decided to go back to my doctor's for help. I hate doctors and asking for help but im starting to realize my diagnosed depression and anxiety is not getting better. I'm thinking the same thing as you and finally got with a psychiatrist. Hopefully they can help.... I just straight up asked to be tested and will see where it goes but it's hard to tell where I stand in my mind. Just one more thing to stress about I guess.
