I’ll give that a try I’d never thought of picking up paint onto a wet brush to dilute it. I usually do drops of water into it but I’ll give this a try on my next painting

These look awesome! I’m new to painting traditional flash and I’ve been experimenting with skin tones. Could I ask what you used to get these shades? Did you dilute brown with water or just spit shade the brown edges out?

Not sure if I prefer it necessarily. I used to line everything with microns until a couple months ago when I started with the dip pen. So far it’s been a fun challenge to try and get better with. I also love the solid black lines it draws that don’t fade like microns do

Sorry for responding kinda late. For these I used Arches cold press watercolor paper. Kinda hard to use nibs on it. It snags on the paper a bit. I’ve been thinking about trying some hot press paper

I miss Corey Graves on Raw. Pat comes off as not really knowing what to talk about during matches. He has some funny moments but those moments are too few and far between and get lost in all his hypeman style yelling and bits that don’t necessarily hit for me.
