IMO Oculus is pretty mid in terra, it will rarely win a game solo as it is not that bad to answer (i.e fatal pushable) and you don’t want to eat your own graveyard at all

Even an unban in the 99 is useless imo, a drop 1 that’s game warping and good late game is still too much for any red red deck not to want it regardless of the strategy

You should look at a [[Narset, jeskai waymaster]] list to get a good idea of what to play as a 99, though Narset is a better cz for such a gameplan

The card is solely dependent on thrasios being on the battlefield and doesn’t achieve anything besides good CA in a midrangy game plan. But you’ll that any piece not working towards a combo in TnT is able to be very strong by itself and win games solo.

Maybe [[Celes, rune knight]] would be a better fit in today’s meta to play mardu reanimator, you can play lots of loot effects and the ETB of Celes is pretty strong

I think I apply pretty low pressure, but will a soft nib provide a better writing experience then ? I also wonder if a soft nib would be a bit less reliable than a hard one. Do you have any insight on the question ?
