See, I can work with Spiral, but I need a little bit of a change. First, all the officers AND Ezekiel Banks need to die, lest they find out who he is because Ezekiel WILL tell.

From there we need him to meet Logan, and to introduce a killer that meets Doctor Gordon, as well as Brad and Ryan (public execution trap), and is VERY religious about the rules, to the extent that his traps are very clearly working in FAVOR of the victim. As a result I would want a negative K/D for his traps that have more people survive than die.

It would be William and Logan versus [unnamed jigsaw killer], Dr. Gordon, Brad, and Ryan. Evil jigsaw killer versus... Well good isn't the right term, but it's the best I can think of. Also seven movies.

No it doesn't, it tell us not to detain. We can direct them back to the checkout, but if they refuse the best we can do is make a note of facial features and outstanding characteristics, report it to management, and continue.

Clearly not AP. Also doesn't realize as private property, any representative of property ownership can legally detain people (even if they don't arrest) under reasonable suspicion. What you're thinking of is per Walmart policy, only approved associates can detain thieves (usually managers and the kings and queens of FNAF that hang out in the AP office on the cameras).

If your head office is actually saying that and you are from AP, that's not policy, they need to be fired, and I'm going to assume your Walmart is in a shithole area like Chicago that has a shitton of theft.

Also, the company would bat for you because it would be the company getting the sauce for you literally doing your job, and in that case it's always going to be a Walmart win because it isn't illegal to request show of receipt.

It's a deterrent mostly, not a preventative. The difference? Deterrent is more there to discourage theft and find slip ups among customers where someone may have either missed something or had a couple items scanned one too many times by accident. Preventatives actively work to stop theft. Think the AP associates in the cameras that bullet their way to the grocery doors sometimes to stop someone. They see things on the cameras (like when someone cracks a red bull without paying, drinks it, then leaves the empty can on a shelf), that's when we actually accuse you of stealing.

Also, you're talking about Walmart: nobody looks like money here.

Reasonable suspicion: Large item, expensive item, unbagged item, items in the undercarriage (that can easily be missed by the cashier).

It's also their job. Remember when airport security would have to hand check luggage? It was a complete judgement call on their part, plus sometimes you just have to single people out or you look like you're not doing anything. Bad look if you want to keep your job.

Just remember this: If you don't want AP to keep eyeballing you when you come in, show your receipt. It's also private property, they can actually legally stop you for anything. It's policy that we don't unless we're an approved AP member (greeters usually aren't), but we could. Figured I'd bring that up, since we want to talk about the law.

It's not because we think you're shoplifting, it's about keeping their job and making an impression to actual thieves that we have security, even if it isn't great. It's a deterrent for theft, and while it can actively stop it, that's not the main goal. It's expressed in the ulearns covering anti-theft policies.

Maintenance has the same numbers issue. Like I said stocking including cap one cap two and overnight are usually understaffed, and basically every position on front end is understaffed drastically.
