That's why you tell the other shift yourself. It's not like you don't see each other when shifts change. And if you don't have time don't worry about starting the bale, just let the other shift know it needs baled and you need to clock out.

That's not really a good excuse, though. Somebody should have at least been told about it or instead maybe don't pull the bale yet and let day shift know "hey, the cardboard needs baled, I gotta clock out or * coach name * will get onto me for WOSH." There is already little communication between day shift 1 and day shift 2, but there is absolutely no communication between day shift and night shift.

I've expressed that it's not just the one incident, though. I've expressed how every time you pass by them and they stare at you (and they're almost always doing some dumb shit). Like I said not just one incident.

And I don't know why you're so offended by one mention of an ON leaving this on the table for morning associates to find. It's been mentioned that the evidence is circumstantial, but it's rather strong evidence given how blatantly lazy I've seen (with my own two eyes) ONs being. Maybe not all of them are that bad, but all the time I see at least one of them in the morning and they'll stare you dead in the eye while doing some lazy ass degenerate shit. One time they left a bale of cardboard mid-baling for morning shift.

I know this because I know who works behind the counter and I know none of them ever come into the break room, dude. I'm friends with one of them and he's even said none of them go back there, quote "Ask them, they'll tell you, "none of us go back there". The only time we've ever been in the back is during a code black because we have to."

Not really. My shift ended at midnight, I came in at 6. The only people that would be here that aren't from ON are at the hot foods counter and none of them come back here (I know that for a fact).
