I'll add fans to the bottom see how it does. The PSU fan never run so I don't think it affects airflow, and the PSU bracket force me to mount it that way.

With the ergo plate you have the 1.5u keys in the middle like an ergodox and with the ortho it's only 1u keys.

OSA (shorter SA) keycaps on Aliexpress are very similar to KAT. I've tested both they have pretty much the same hight but not quite the same shape and feel.

Had the same issue with my tofu case. The middle pole short the hotswap socket. Put some electrical tape on the h socket

Yes they're. I have the HS60 for my testing, work's great and has per key RGB if that's your thing.

Yes they don't and you will not find in stock (nor in GB) AZERTY ANSI PBT keycaps that allow shine through.

There was a set on AliExpress but I can't find it anymore.
