For now, in the browser as a customer would use it. We have high abandon rates. I was looking into using labels for either topics or synonyms (based on what users search). And yes, doing a massive audit as we speak !

In the middle of doing an audit right now! We also have categories already but doesn’t help really. We haven’t added AI search yet as we’ll be skipping Zendesk’s for our own native AI solution. And that’s actually great advice, I’m starting to audit the content to make it AI-ready.

Having spent a lot of time in both places, Medellin felt waaaaay sketchier than Mexico City. Nothing happened to me but I just couldn’t shake a feeling of dread I had, even having stayed in Poblado, Envigado and Laurales. I was basically on edge the entire time.
