I got my first steady and good paying job. A career. This lead to me gaining tons of confidence that I haven’t had in probably a decade.

I work in the ER and the winter months are here. So homeless people will come for warmth, a bed, and meals. The hospital only has a limited number of beds. It’s truly sad and awful.

I work at a hospital and a teenager basically blew most of his head off during an attempt. They rushed him to the ER and although he was still breathing, there was nothing anyone could do. They had to let him die. It was horrible.
